SCALLOPED APPLES 
2 c. apples in water
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. Velveeta, shredded
1 1/2 c. self rising flour

Cream butter and sugar. Slowly add flour and cheese. Drain apples and pour in a 9 x 13 pan. Spread cheese mixture over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Yield 10 servings.
