Catch a halibut. Cut it into bite-size pieces. Boil 1 gallon water, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup salt. Drop halibut pieces into boiling water - keep the water boiling. When the pieces float, they are done. Drain halibut, dip the pieces in melted butter.
