2 horseradish leaves
1 bunch lemon thyme
1 lb. halibut steak

Take halibut steak and wrap it in the horseradish leaves putting half the lemon thyme on each side of the halibut steak inside leaves. Place the wrapped fish in a steamer for 20 minutes. Peel back the leaves and serve.
