EASY NUT KEIFLES 
1 lb. butter
3 egg yolks
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sour cream

NUT MIXTURE:

1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar

Cut butter into flour and add yolks and sour cream. Divide into 6 parts on wax paper. Chill overnight. Roll each dough into 12 inch circles. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with nuts and sugar. Cut into 16 wedges. Roll up and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
