1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except nuts in bowl for microwave or double boiler. Heat until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; add nuts and spread in a buttered pan. Cool and then cut into serving pieces.
