1 box butter or yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix all ingredients and bake according to cake mix directions.

ICING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Put icing mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours before spreading on cake.
