FRIED RABBIT 
1 c. flour
Pepper to taste
1 diced onion
1 tsp. salt
Cooking fat
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Cut rabbit in pieces as desired. Roll pieces in flour, salt and pepper. Brown the rabbit in at least 4 tablespoons cooking fat and then add diced onions and lemon juice. Cover and cook until done.
