PORK CHOP DINNER | |
4 to 6 pork chops 3 c. sliced raw potatoes 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 can cream of celery soup 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 can water Flour and brown chops in hot fat; set aside. Put sliced potatoes in casserole with onion, salt, and pepper. Stir soup with water. Pour over potatoes. Place pork chops over top of potatoes and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
