PORK CHOP ONION DINNER 
6 pork chops
1 c. rice
1 c. water
1 can onion soup

Slash the fat around each pork chop and fry until browned on both sides. Place rice a 2-quart baking dish; cover with water. Arrange pork chops over this. Pour onion soup over chops and cover.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
