PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 to 6 pork chops
3 to 4 potatoes, sliced
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. can tomatoes
Water

Brown pork chops in 2 tablespoons oil in fry pan. Remove from pan and pour in rice, stir until browned. Put pork chops on top of rice, then add sliced potatoes and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour canned tomatoes on top. Put lid on and simmer until rice and potatoes are done, adding water, if necessary while cooking.
