PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 to 6 pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
Salad oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup (diluted with 1 can of water)
1 c. uncooked rice
1 green pepper, chopped

Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in hot oil. Place rice, peppers and onion in a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with chops. Pour soup mixture over chops and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
