DAD'S PORK CHOP DELIGHT 
4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. beef bouillon
1 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
6-8 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)

Brown chops in preheated skillet. Transfer to baking dish. Heat salad oil, add onion, saute but don't let onion brown. Add other ingredients over low heat for 10 minutes, then blend. Add half of this sauce to baking dish, covering chops. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover, pour remaining sauce over chops and bake uncovered for another 20 minutes. Delicious!
