BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
16 slices bread 8 slices American cheese 8 slices ham 8 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Dash of salt 1/2 c. butter 3 c. corn flakes Grease 9x13 inch pan. Remove crusts from bread. Layer bread, cheese, ham, and bread to make 8 "sandwiches." Beat eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Pour over sandwiches. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Melt butter and mix with corn flakes. Sprinkle on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8. |
