EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream with chives

Brown ground beef, and drain off fat juice. Add mushroom and soup. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice. (You don't need to add salt.)
