EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 cube beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Brown meat and onion and drain. Add bouillon and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream and bring to a simmer. Do not boil. Stir. Serve over noodles.
