EASY HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. spinach noodles

Boil noodles in 3 quart saucepan. In large skillet, cook and stir meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain fat and water. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in condensed soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Drain noodles; serve stroganoff meat mixture over noodles.
