WHOLESOME HOMEMADE PANCAKES | |
1 cup whole-wheat flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3 tbsp. cinnamon 1 cup milk (I use fat free) 2 egg whites You may add fruit as desired for sweetness. Preheat large non-stick frying pan. Add all dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add milk until desired viscosity is obtained (more milk for thin pancakes, less milk for thick pancakes). Add egg whites and mix well. Spray pan with cooking spray. Pour batter (2 to 3-inch diameter) into pan. Submitted by: Joseph Barber |
