SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
15 to 20 links of Italian sausage
5 green bell peppers, sliced lengthwise, thin to med.
2 lg. onions, cut into thick sliced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place Italian sausage in a large roasting pan, single layer. Cook about 1/2 hour, turn sausage and cook 1/2 hour longer. You can leave sausage as is, or cut each one into 3 pieces (I prefer to cut each sausage as it goes further, and looks better when serving).

Add peppers and onions on top; cook about 30 to 45 minutes. Every 15 minutes turn peppers, onions and sausage all around until peppers are tender. Drain.
