EGG & BACON CASSEROLE | |
6 eggs, slightly beaten 6 slices bread, cubed 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 lb. bacon, precooked 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard Mix all ingredients in bowl (1 day ahead). Put into a 2 quart buttered dish, 1 day ahead. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes. (Cook a total of 45 to 60 minutes.) Cook until it is firm. Slice to serve. |
