1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 18 oz. creamy peanut butter 1 c. butter 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1 tsp. vanilla or maple flavoring 2 lbs. powdered sugar 24 oz. dry roasted peanuts Melt chips together and add peanut butter. Pour 1/2 of this mixture into large buttered pan. Mix butter, milk, and pudding together. Boil 1 minute. Add flavoring and powdered sugar. Spoon over first layer. Chill. Add nuts to the remaining chocolate mixture. Spoon over second layer. Chill. Cut into small pieces. |
