2 c. bite size crispy corn cereal squares 2 1/2 c. thin pretzel sticks, broken in half 1 1/2 c. M & M's peanut chocolate candies 1 c. unsalted banana chips 3/4 c. golden raisins 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter 1 (10 oz.) bag marshmallows In large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, candies, banana chips and raisins. In medium saucepan, melt together butter, peanut butter and marshmallows. Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth. Immediately pour mixture over cereal, mixing until cereal and other ingredients are thoroughly coated. Press lightly into greased 13"x9" pan. Let stand until firm. Cut into bars to serve. Makes 1 (13"x9") pan of bar cookies. HINT: 1 (16 oz.) package equals 2 1/4 cups. |
