LEMON RAISIN SAUCE 
1 c. boiling water
Juice & grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. raisins

Mix dry ingredients; add boiling water and cook until clear. Add the juice and rind, the raisins and butter. Good with baked ham.
