BRAN BUD MUFFINS | |
1/2 c. Crisco 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. salt 2 c. buttermilk 2 1/2 c. Bran Buds Cream Crisco and sugar. Add soda and salt to flour and stir well. Alternate flour mixture with 2 cups buttermilk. Add Bran Buds. Bake in muffin tins, lined with paper liners, 15 minutes at 350 degrees. This makes a large amount of mix. What you don't use may be refrigerated for a week or so and you can use it as desired for as many muffins as you want at a time. |
