SUGAR-FREE BRAN MUFFINS 
3 oz. Bran Buds (1 c.)
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. buttermilk
4 tsp. oil
1/2 c. Sprinkle Sweet
1 egg
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Pour water over bran and let it sit 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and put into muffin tins sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes.
