CINNAMON WHEAT BREAD PUDDING 
6 slices wheat bread
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Brush bread with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture on both sides. Cut bread into quarters. Arrange, overlapping in 8 x 8 inch greased pan. Mix together eggs, milk, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla. Pour over bread. Let stand 15 minutes to allow bread to soak up mixture. Place 8 x 8 inch inside a larger pan that has 1/2 to 1 inch of hot water added. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
