STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. round steak, cubed
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
3/4 c. raw rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
2 soup cans water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt, pepper, red pepper to taste

Brown steak in oil. Put in casserole. Saute onions, celery and pepper in same skillet. Add to meat in casserole. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 2 hours or until steak and rice is done.
