ROUND STEAK CASSEROLE 
Round steak
Carrots
Zucchini
Eggs
Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Olive oil
Garlic
Tomato paste
Salt & pepper

Rub olive oil and 1 grated clove of garlic over the steak after pounding meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place carrots and zucchini and grated cheese on meat then roll and tie with number of strings necessary to hold together. Brown in hot oil (both sides) and put into a casserole. Pour tomato paste over steak and bake at least 1 hour at 350 degrees.
