STEAK & GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. round steak filets
1 10 oz pkg green beans
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 large sweet yellow onions, chopped
1 cup tomato sauce puree

Cut round steak into small squares and brown with onions and garlic.

Pour off fat, then add green beans with a little water and tomato sauce.

Bake in preheated 375°F oven for about 20 minutes. Alternatively, this can be cooked on the stovetop in a skillet.

Season to taste with seasoned salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder.

6 servings.

If desired, this may be served over rice or noodles to stretch the servings to accommodate more people.
