COCONUT MACAROONS 
1/2 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 c. Angel Flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased baking sheet. Leave about 1 inch between for spreading. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until a delicate brown. Remove from baking sheet at once. Let cool. Makes 24 small cookies.

I usually quintuple the recipe because there is almost no waste of condensed milk in that case. The cookies freeze very well. I have kept frozen for a year with no problems. Very easy to make.
