FUDGE SAUCE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Blend in sugar and milk. Bring to boil over medium heat and boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat - stir in vanilla. Serve hot or cold. For deeper flavor, stir in 1 tablespoon instant powdered coffee and 2 tablespoons brandy instead of vanilla.
