HEAVENLY HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
4 squares baking chocolate
1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk (1 2/3 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat (or double boiler). Combine sugar and salt and slowly add to chocolate mixture (1/2 cup at a time). Slowly add evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Cook 7 to 8 minutes. Makes 1 quart. Keep in refrigerator 1 to 2 weeks or freeze.
