HOMEMADE HOT FUDGE SAUCE
Fill the outer 1 1/4 cup sections from the Serving Center Set with your choice of ice cream toppings. Choose from nuts, candy-coated milk chocolate pieces, coconut, sliced or chopped fruit, maraschino cherries and whipped cream. Serve the sauce over scoops of your favorite ice cream in the cereal bowls.

2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan melt together the chocolate pieces and butter. Gradually add the powdered sugar and evaporated milk, stirring constantly. Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for 8 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in vanilla. Let sauce stand for 10 minutes.

To serve, pour the fudge sauce into the removable center bowl from the Serving Center Set. Fill the outer 1 1/4 cup sections with desired ice cream toppings. In cereal bowls place scoops of desired ice cream. Add desired ice cream toppings. Remove center bowl; apple seal and store remaining fudge sauce in the refrigerator. To reheat, spoon desired amount of fudge sauce into a small saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly. Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
