HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
2 1/2 to 3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. 1% low-fat milk
1 tbsp. corn oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; mix well and cook over low heat. Cook, uncovered, until mixture reaches a boil; reduce heat and cook for several minutes until mixture begins to thicken. Yields approximately 1 cup.

NOTE: Mixture thickens as it cools.

Serving instructions: Spoon 1 tablespoon Hot Fudge Sauce over ice milk for a delicious hot fudge sundae.

I used fat-free evap. milk instead of regular lowfat. Also doubled the recipe to get one cup. It was thick and fudgy, really tasty. Easy to make too.
