HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2 c. XXX confectioners' sugar, sifted
3/4 c. evaporated milk

Slowly melt butter and chocolate in saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar and milk - alternately. Stir until smooth - return to heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups sauce - like Bailey's Hot Fudge.
