HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate chips and butter in medium saucepan. Add sugar and milk. Blend well. Bring to a boil and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Cool and serve warm over ice cream.
