GRANNY'S BAR-B-Q SAUCE | |
1 c. honey 1 c. catsup 1 c. wine vinegar 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. thyme, powdered 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. salad oil 3/4 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced Saute chopped onions and garlic in salad oil, until transparent. Add other ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring until mixture comes to a full boil. Reduce heat. Cook slowly for 15 minutes. Cool and pour into a jar. Will keep under refrigeration until needed. Makes approximately 1 quart. |
