TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. Thousand Island Dressing
7 1/2 oz. taco flavored corn chips
1/2 head lettuce

Brown beef, cool and drain. Mix all ingredients except corn chips and lettuce and let flavors blend at least 4 hours. May be refrigerated overnight. Shortly before serving add the taco flavored corn chips and lettuce. Mix well.
