SHRIMP AND LOBSTER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. mushrooms in 1 stick butter - set aside 3 lbs. cooked shrimp 1 lb. cooked lobster meat 2 c. cooked rice 2 c. light cream 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 12 tbsp. ketchup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed Mix well and add mushrooms. Chill overnight. Bake at 325 degrees, 45 minutes covered with foil; 15 minutes uncovered. |
