HEARTY SEAFOOD AND POTATOES | |
1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen seafood (fish, scallops, shrimp, crab, etc.) 1 can cream of shrimp soup 1/2 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 tbsp. horseradish 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 lb. frozen tater tots or rounds Place seafood in baking dish. Combine soup, sour cream, onion, horseradish and paprika. Pour over the seafood and put potatoes on top. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes until seafood is cooked. |
