HEARTY TURKEY AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
4 c. frozen potato rounds or tater tots
1 lb. ground turkey
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 can Durkee French fried onions
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place potatoes in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Brown turkey, drain. Place turkey, broccoli, 1/2 can onion rings in potato shell.

Combine soup, milk, 1 cup cheese and seasonings; pour over turkey mixture. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
