CHEESY TURKEY CRESCENT SQUARES 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
1 can crescent rolls
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. thyme
3/4 c. Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, shredded

Cook and stir first 4 ingredients until tender crisp; add turkey; set aside.

Press crescent dough into bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Spoon turkey mixture over dough. Blend eggs, sour cream and thyme; pour over turkey mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 F. for 25 to 30 minutes.
