VINEGAR ROLL 
PIE CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. cold water

Roll out and spread with:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Roll up in jelly roll fashion. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Place in a pie plate. Mix 1 cup water with 1/3 cup vinegar. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
