EASY SPINACH QUICHE 
1 frozen deep dish pie shell (or 2 reg. pie shells)
1 box frozen, chopped spinach
1 sm. can French fried onion rings
1 lg. container sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick Cheddar cheese, grated (8 oz.)

Cook spinach and DRAIN WELL. Meanwhile, cook crust 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and put in pie shell(s). Cook for approximately 45 minutes, or until golden brown, at 350 degrees.
