HAM, BROCCOLI & SPINACH QUICHE 
8 oz. mild cheddar cheese, grated
Fresh broccoli
1 dozen eggs
1 c. ham chunks
1 pt. light cream
1-2 c. fresh spinach
Dash of seasoned salt, garlic salt & onion salt
2 pie crusts, 9", frozen

Blend eggs, cream, spinach and salts in blender. Thaw pie crusts, warm in oven for 5 minutes.

In crust, put ham, broccoli and 1/2 of the cheese. Cover with egg mixture. Top with rest of cheese. Bake in 425 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned and firm to the touch. Quiche will puff up.
