SPINACH QUICHE (Easy) 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Thaw and drain spinach. Mix with other ingredients. Melt 1 tbsp. butter in 9x13 inch pan. Mix in other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cut in small squares for cocktail party. Cut in large squares for regular serving.

totally easy to prepare 5/5 on that but taste was really cheesey so 3.5/5 there. I was not light and airy but heavy like a breakfast casserole.

This has been a staple in my brunch repertoire - everyone loves it, and I've made it in a pre-made crust and without (I prefer it without). If you are making it in a pie-plate, halve the recipe.
