SPINACH AND CHEESE QUICHE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 1/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sharp cheese, shredded
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. pepper
Dash of onion powder
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of paprika

Cook spinach and drain. Mix together eggs, cheeses, and seasonings. Gently mix in spinach and pour into a 9 inch non-stick or spread pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
