DATE LOGS 
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 eggs, well beaten

Sift dry ingredients together; stir in dates, walnuts, and eggs. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and cut in 48 logs; roll in confectioners' sugar.
