ANGEL FOOD DESSERT 
1 angel food cake
3 1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. (#2 can) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Prepare pudding using 1 1/2 cup milk. Chill; stirring once in a while. Mix in coconut, pineapple and whipped cream. Slice cake into three layers - spread with the pudding mixture. Cake can be torn apart and mixed with the mixture - put in cake pan.
