MARK'S FAVORITE BEEF BBQ 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. bottled hickory flavor barbecue sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped onion

Brown ground beef in medium saucepan and drain. Add onions and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1-2 hours, stirring often. Barbecue is done when all excess liquid has cooked off and mixture is dry and crumbly in appearance.
