BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
3 lb. potatoes
1 1/2 doz. eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 lb. ham
Cheese

Cook potatoes in skins. Chill. Skin and grate potatoes when cold. Put in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Blend milk and eggs; fry in a pan. Put eggs on top of potatoes then layer ham and cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
